Amanda Sarrazin-Gould is an Associate at a mid-size law firm. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2019. She also earned a Master of Public Health, specializing in Global Health, from the University of Alberta in 2015. She has previously earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Health from the University of Manchester in April 2013, after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts with majors in both Political Science and Sociology in June 2012. Amanda has a keen interest in public health in vulnerable populations, access to health care, and issues of social justice more broadly. Amanda is thrilled to see her efforts come to life with The Red Elephant and hopes it inspires others to take meaningful action.

Liam Sarrazin-Gould is speech language pathologist, having graduated from the University of Alberta with his MSc. He has a special interest in rehabilitation and empowerment, particularly focussing on health in low-resource settings. Liam is excited to apply the latter to an important issue in women’s health with The Red Elephant.
